There was a good bit of land.  The home was presented well and the back yard was perfect.  We loved the screen porch, the privacy and the treehouse.  It reminded me of where I grew up. 

It's a great area.  Feels like you are in the country, but downtown is only 10 minutes away.  This area remains untouched and more established despite the growth all around.  Plus, there are no city taxes or HOA and 3 grocery stores within a couple of miles.
